You made it this far, now it is time to re-structure. Recover and rebuild what you already had in mind, maybe not the same way as last time but this time better although in worse condition but with a better turn because lessons are learned for the most part. Now it's a lot to do with understanding, what was happening, why was it happening, and we will let the officials take care of that meanwhile it's understanding how to start this gigantic ship and steer it the right way. Away from the floating iceberg and into a safe zone.
Much of the commercial business in Kitchener Waterloo is on the brink of collapse with new money rushing through. Real estate pricing skyrocketing to the millions with 2,000sq ft ranging at about 1.7 million in 2020. Many end up selling their businesses on real estate platforms. While looking for commercial spaces for our locksmith service in KW I can't help but notice the incredible amount of businesses for sale at ridiculous prices. I am left to wonder why would you buy a failing restaurant business. Unless you will rebrand it and just use the equipment and then good luck trying to beat the competition. You best have good survival skills or good side money because it won't be easy to do it alone.
Everything comes down to loving what you do or having an interest in it to such an extent that it actually is a part of yourself rather than something that you trying to be a part of. Because some things are in you to give and some things arent. You might master the art of learning but that's already trivial.
This new futuristic post-pandemic environment has left a social vacuum which will pop soon hopefully thanks to all the
commercial business activity which is set to resume this summer 2021 and hopefully from now on we got at least a good decade of peace stability and prosperity!
